LTD "Gelika" was established in November 2000. Makes it possible for the need for separation of wholesale and retail operations, based on the wholesale component of the company "Intertich".LTD "Gelika" realizes a wide imports of medical supplies from the Russian Federation, makes contacts with the factories of Belarus, cooperates with the largest national manufacturer JSC "Himfarm", enhances sales of medicines to private pharmacies and budgetary organizations of the region.
Since 2002, due to the growing health care organizations need in pharmaceuticals, LTD "Gelika" began to take an active part in tenders for public purchases.
In 2003, signed a lot of international agreements with manufacturers from Europe and India.
In 2004, due to the increasing volume in sales, company started to increase staff, there is a restructuring of the company. New departments were created: sales, purchasing, logistics, opened a new warehouse. For the better control of medicaments - department certification. Expert on quality was engaged. Now he determines the policy of drug supply.
In 2005-2007, actively participating in tenders and procurements, LTD "Gelika" became the main medicine supplier for government and budgetary organizations of the region.
At the same time, creating the pre-conditions for the successful consolidation in the market, the decision to purchase a new warehouse and storage space reconstruction, the total area of 2.5 thousand square meters.
Actively expanding sales geography: opening up markets in Almaty, Karaganda, Kostanai and Akmola regions. All this requires highly skilled workers, so the company's staff of highly skilled professionals is growing steadistrely.
Due to the tightening of requirements from regulatory bodies, the main emphasis was on human resources, on further improvement of their specialization.
In 2008-2010, LTD "Gelika" opens branches in Kokshetau and Kostanay. On the basis of Kostanai branch opens additional pharmaceutical warehouse.
In late 2008 the company moved into a new building on Mayakovskogo street. All departments and warehouse are concentrated in one large building, which allows for more effective delivery and improve the overall quality of services provided by the company.
During the crisis, LTD "Gelika" not only not reduced, but maintained and even increased its staff.
The main purpose of drug supply has been achieved.
The company decided to develop additional areas of trade: medical products, medical equipment and supplies.
The company annually participates in the pharmaceutical exhibitions, which stimulates the growth of sales volumes and geography, strengthens existing partnerships and create new directions for the company's activity.
LTD "Gelika" will continue to work actively on the market of Kazakhstan, not only maintaining the level that had developed today, but increasing it by improving the quality of logistics, service and professionalism of its employees.
